1 SCOPE
This standard specifies the scope, terms and definitions, symbols, requirements, test methods, and processing of test results, of regenerative braking system for electric vehicles.
This standard applies to the battery electric passenger cars which use the rechargeable energy storage system as the traction battery. The battery electric commercial vehicles may use this standard as a reference.
