1 SCOPE
This part of GB/T 34590 specifies the requirements for ASIL-oriented and safety-oriented analyses, including the following:
requirements decomposition with respect to ASIL tailoring,
criteria for coexistence of elements,
analysis of dependent failures, and
safety analyses.
This standard applies to the safety-related systems that include one or more electrical and/or electronic (E/E) systems and that are installed in series production passenger cars.
This standard does not address unique E/E systems in special purpose vehicles such as vehicles designed for drivers with disabilities.
This Standard does not apply to the systems and their components released for production, or systems and their components already under development prior to the publication date of this standard. For further development or alterations based on systems and their components released for production prior to the publication of this standard, only the modifications will be developed in accordance with this standard.
This Standard addresses possible hazards caused by malfunctioning behavior of E/E safety-related systems, including interaction of these systems. It does not address hazards related to electric shock, fire, smoke, heat, radiation, toxicity, flammability, reactivity, corrosion, release of energy and similar hazards, unless directly caused by malfunctioning behavior of E/E safety-related systems.
This Standard does not address the nominal performance of E/E systems, even if dedicated functional performance standards exist for these systems (e.g. active and passive safety systems, brake systems, adaptive cruise control systems).
