 1 SCOPE

 This standard specifies general requirements, safety requirements, mechanical strength, appearance and dimensions, environmental resistance requirements, assembly requirements, test methods, designation and marking, as well as transportation, storage and packaging of traction battery enclosure in traction battery system for electric vehicles. 
This standard applies to on-board charging battery enclosure and swapping battery enclosure.
