 1 SCOPE

 This Standard specifies the limits and measurement methods for fuel consumption of commercial vehicles for cargos transportation.
This Standard applies to the commercial vehicles for cargos transportation fuelled by gasoline or diesel with a maximum design mass between 3,500 kg and 49,000 kg.
