 1 SCOPE 

 This Part of GB/T 32960 specifies terms and definitions, system structure and general requirements of remote service and management system for electric vehicles (hereinafter referred to as “the system”).
This Part applies to the data communication between on-board terminal, enterprise service and management platform and public service and management platform for battery electric vehicles (BEV), plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) and fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEV).
