 1 SCOPE

 This Part of GB/T 32620 specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of lead-acid batteries used for electric road vehicles, and the battery system performance in running mode.
This Part applies to the lead-acid batteries (hereinafter referred to as "battery") and battery packs, with a rated capacity of  32Ah, intended for electric vehicles, electric tricycles, golf carts, sightseeing cars and electric motorcycles, for which the batteries serve as the main power source. 
This Part doesn’t apply to the batteries and battery packs for the purpose of triggering, electric power steering or traction, etc.
