 1 SCOPE

 This standard specifies the test methods for starting characteristic, steady-state characteristic, dynamic response characteristic, air-tightness test and insulation resistance test of fuel cell engines.
This standard applies to proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cell engines for vehicles.
