 1 SCOPE

 This Standard specifies the test methods for maximum speed, acceleration ability and hill climbing ability of electric motorcycles and electric mopeds.
This Standard applies to the power performance test of electric motorcycles and electric mopeds (unless otherwise specified, hereinafter referred to as “electric motorcycle”).
