1 SCOPE
This Standard specifies the test methods for energy consumption of light-duty hybrid electric vehicles (HEV) equipped with positive-ignition engine or compression ignition engine.
This Standard applies to Categories M1, M2 and N1 hybrid electric vehicles with a maximum mass of not exceeding 3.5 t, and equipped with positive-ignition engine or compression-ignition engine.
