 1   SCOPE

 This Standard specifies a laboratory test procedure to evaluate the axial (lateral) kerb impact collision properties of a wheel manufactured either wholly or partly of light alloys. 
This Standard is applicable to the light alloy wheels of road vehicles, with the purpose of verifying and/or quality control of the wheel.
The terms used in this standard are in accordance with ISO 3911.
