 1 SCOPE 

 This Standard specifies the special safety specifications for electric motorcycles and electric mopeds.
This Standard applies to electric motorcycles and electric mopeds (see GB/T 24158 for the definitions, hereinafter referred to as "electric motorcycles" unless otherwise indicated).
