 1 Scope

 This Standard specifies terms and definitions of ELV recycling and dismantling enterprises and recycling and dismantling works, enterprises requirements, administration technical requirements such as ELVs dismantling operation procedures and etc.
This Standard applies to enterprises engaged in ELV recycling and dismantling business operation, enterprises engaged in recycling and dismantling of motorcycle and wheeled self-propelled machine make reference to it in implementation.
