 1 SCOPE 

 This Standard specifies main technical requirements for complete vehicle safety, mechanical safety, electrical safety, fire resistance, flame resistance, radio disturbance characteristics and operating instructions of electric bicycles, and their appropriate test methods.
This Standard applies to electric bicycles.
